Previously spent almost 50 years in Sales and Management in the Printing and Stationery Industry, including 25 years running his own business of 17 employees.

Chairing the Bank Board that has now returned over $ 5,000,000 to the Community in Sponsorships and Dividends has been his most rewarding and enjoyable part of his entire business life that has introduced him to many community groups.
In 2013 Peter was awarded an OAM for service to the community through a range of organisations.
Phil lives locally with his wife, he has 3 adult sons and 2 priceless granddaughters. Phil is passionate about his beloved Prahran Cricket Club that he is the president of and has serviced for over 10 years. Phil has also been a Cricket Victoria delegate.
Phil joined the East Malvern Community Bank Board in 2017 after being amazed by the level of support provided to the Prahran Cricket from East Malvern Community Bank Branch and seeing first hand the difference it made.
Phil brings his extensive Human Resources experience to the board as well as his passion for working with the staff and Board to grow the business and ensure that not only the great work continue but also to help grow and provide benefit to so many more
Phil has completed a Management Diploma at Monash University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance (F.A.I.B.F.). He has an extensive banking and finance background having serviced Westpac for over 20 years in banking roles as well as human resources roles. Phil chose to move forward with his career in the Human resources field and is currently employed by
